Laura Fitzgerald joined Marsh, Moriarty, Ontell & Golder, P.C. in 1997. She concentrates her practice in real estate litigation, including contract, zoning, boundary, commercial and residential landlord-tenant and condominium disputes. She has tried cases in Superior Court and Land Court, represented clients before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and resolved cases through mediation. She was co-counsel at both the trial and appellate level in the Appeals Court case, Spillane v. Adams, 76 Mass. App. Ct. 378 (2010) that established NGVD as the appropriate standard for measuring low tides. She also represents residential and commercial buyers, sellers and lenders in real estate transactions. She is a 1993 graduate of Boston College Law School and a 1990 magna cum laude graduate of Boston College.
