Mike Buoniconti joined Marsh, Moriarty, Ontell & Golder, P.C. in September 2007 as an Associate. He is a graduate of Boston University and Suffolk University Law School. Mike works with the firm’s partners in representing developers during condominium structuring, formation and sell-off process, as well as representing both developers and condominium associations and management companies. Since he was first admitted he has focused on representing mortgage lenders, buyers and sellers in residential real estate acquisition and financing. Mike resides in Sudbury with his wife and two children where he serves is as a Trustee of the Sudbury Housing Trust which provides financial assistance for affordable housing in town.
