Michael H. Marsh received his undergraduate degree from Boston University in 1969 and his law degree from George Washington University School of Law in 1972. 1972 to 1984. Examined titles in various county Registries of Deeds; preparation of title abstracts and accompanying title reports. 1984 to Present. Review of title abstracts prepared by in-house staff of title examiners; preparation of title reports, title insurance commitments, title insurance preliminary binders, title certifications, and title policies for commercial and residential properties on daily basis, including negotiation of coverages, resolving title issues by arranging for proper insurance coverage, negotiation of coverages and resolution of title issues on behalf of both title companies and law firm clients. Land Court Examiner. Have prepared and filed several Land Court Registration and Confirmation Abstracts. Expert Witness. Have testified on many occasions as expert on title matters in the Land Court. |
